Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! Here’s our returns and exchanges policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • All Items: Must be in original packaging with all wrapping and tags intact.
   • Timing: Must be returned within 10 days of receipt

2. Return Process:

   • Shipping Label: Email us at info@OiSoiOiUSA.com within 10 days of delivery to request a return authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.
   • Must Include: Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Refund Details (for Returns):

   • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable.
   • Return/Exchange Shipping Costs: Will be deducted from your refund amount.
   • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Additional Details for Exchanges:

   • Exchanges are processed as a return + new purchase.

   • The following costs will apply to all exchanges:
     → Return shipping cost (deducted from your refund or charged separately).
     → 15% restocking fee on the returned item.
     → New shipping cost for the replacement item.

   • Once the applicable costs are paid and the original item is received in its original condition, the new item will be shipped out.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Any items not in their original condition, such as those with missing parts, damages to the product or the packaging/box, will not be accepted.
